Local tools and saved work
Interactive calculations and searches run in your browser. Saved notes, comparisons, check states, plans, inventory, worksheets and other saved work use storage scoped to this site origin. Some private-review drafts and playbook checkmarks save as you edit. Storage restrictions may prevent saving, and clearing site data removes local work. Export a backup before clearing or replacing it.
Correction drafts and email
The correction builder keeps its draft in page memory; it does not upload it or save it in browser storage. Copy and download actions create local copies. An email link passes the visible draft to your chosen email application. It is sent to support@portandcable.com only if you choose to send it there. Your email provider and recipient then process the message. The draft builder cannot confirm delivery. Avoid personal, confidential or sensitive information. Contact the same address with questions about an emailed correction; no retention or deletion outcome is promised here.
Shared URLs and files
Some tool inputs and filters are encoded in URLs. Anyone receiving a link may read those selections; shared URLs may also enter browser history and hosting logs. Correction drafts strip query selections from their page-context field. Exported workspace or support files can contain private notes if you include them. Review the contents before sharing.
Hosting and external links
A hosting provider may process routine request logs. Its configuration and retention are separate from this local application and need verification for the actual deployment. Official-source links open independent websites with their own policies. Opening an email application or external source is your choice.
Control
Use the relevant saved-work controls or Workspace to export and manage local collections. Browser controls can clear this site’s local storage. The correction page provides text and JSON copies so email does not require a website submission service.
