AVS and PPS stay distinct
The overview describes AVS requests between15V and the source's available upper fixed voltage. That does not make every PPS source an EPR source or establish an unspecified device's request. Preserve exact supported ranges, current/power ceilings and version.
USB Charger / USB Power DeliveryCalculator boundary
Existing fixed/PPS calculators cannot silently accept AVS by reusing a PPS interval. This guide supplies literacy and an exact documentary case; it adds no live negotiation, APDO encoding or EPR calculator verdict.
Three contracts to verify
Identify the exact source output, sink requirement and an EPR-rated cable for the needed voltage/current, then check occupied-port allocation. A240W marking is a capability ceiling; it does not force240W into a load.
USB Charger / USB Power DeliveryYour next useful observation
Write source/sink/cable model and exact PD/EPR/AVS versions and complete documented option.
Keep these limits
- No specification conformance test, voltage tolerance analysis or negotiated-contract measurement.
